We’re looking for an
Email Marketing Specialist
who knows how to turn engagement into growth. You’ll take ownership of all things email — from strategy to execution — using
Klaviyo
to optimize campaigns, flows, and deliverability for a digital wellbeing brand. This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands email performance metrics, can write with clarity and warmth, and knows how to build systems that retain and re‑engage customers. You’ll be joining a small, collaborative team where your work directly impacts the business.

What You’ll Work On
Email Campaigns and Strategy
Plan, schedule, and execute
weekly newsletters , announcements, and promotional campaigns in Klaviyo
Review existing email flows (welcome, trial conversion, churn, win‑back) and optimize them for engagement and conversion
Audit campaigns for
deliverability, open rates, and click performance , making data‑driven improvements
Maintain a consistent tone and style that aligns with the brand’s approachable, human voice
Retention and Lifecycle Optimization
Identify customer journey opportunities across free trials, subscriptions, renewals, and reactivations
Build, test, and refine
automated flows
based on behavior, segmentation, and lifecycle triggers
Collaborate with the founder on campaign ideas and audience targeting strategies
Report on campaign metrics, trends, and learnings — and turn insights into actionable next steps
Execution and Collaboration
Manage all aspects of Klaviyo campaigns including setup, segmentation, testing, and analytics
Work with the small internal team to source graphics and class updates (no heavy design work required)
Keep the focus on
clarity, deliverability, and value , not flashy templates or gimmicks
Stay on top of email best practices, compliance, and platform changes
What You Bring
3–5 years
of hands‑on experience managing email campaigns, ideally for a
subscription or DTC brand
Expert knowledge of
Klaviyo
including flows, segmentation, A/B testing, and reporting
Strong understanding of
email deliverability, retention metrics, and lifecycle marketing
Analytical mindset — able to turn campaign data into practical strategy updates
Excellent written communication with a brand‑aware, authentic tone
Available to work within the
London GMT time zone
Organized, self‑motivated, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns at once
Nice to Have
Experience with
wellness, lifestyle, or fitness subscription brands
Familiarity with
Shopify
and customer lifecycle integrations
Understanding of
conversion copywriting
or light HTML editing for email customization
Knowledge of
churn reduction
and reactivation strategies
