Role Description

This is a contract role for a Travel Physical or Occupational Therapist anywhere in the U.S including OP, IP, SNF, Acute, or HH.

The primary responsibilities include providing therapy services to patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and documenting patient progress. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess and treat a range of conditions. Responsibilities also include conducting evaluations, implementing therapy interventions, and educating patients and their families.

Qualifications

Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Professional Degree Authorization to work in the U.S. Knowledge of Physical Rehab and Geriatrics Strong Communication skills Effective collaboration skills with multidisciplinary team members Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Experience in a clinical setting is preferred Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy CPR certification and other relevant certifications
