Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Description

1. Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, X).

2. Develop weekly and monthly content plans aligned with brand objectives.

3. Create content briefs for the creative team and external content creators.

4. Monitor and apply current trends on TikTok and Instagram.

5. Write engaging captions that reflect the brand’s tone of voice.

6. Handle posting, scheduling, community interaction (DMs & comments).

7. Track, analyze, and report weekly and monthly content performance.

8. Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Creative, KOL, and E-Commerce teams to maintain consistent messaging across channels.

Job Requirement

1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist / Content Creator / Digital Content Planner.

2. Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram trends, algorithms, and best practices.

3. Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

4. Comfortable working with KPIs.

5. Preferably has experience in beauty, fashion, or wellness brands.

6. Creative, agile, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Willing to work on-site (WFO) in South Jakarta.
