POSITION SUMMARY:

Our jobs aren’t just about putting food on the table or serving guests during a banquet or event. Our F&B Service Experts are skilled in a wide range of event functions and able to take the initiative and deliver a wide range of services to make sure that guests’ experience is well taken care of from start to finish.

Set tables and event materials, communicate with kitchen, interact and serve guests.

Clean work areas and supplies.

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.

Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards and speak with others using clear and professional language.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; support team to reach common goals.

Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting or walking for extended periods; reach overhead and below the knees, bend, twist, pull, stoop, move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing ≤ 25 pounds without assistance.

Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

License or Certification: None.
