to support our client’s medical facility in

Kokomo, IN . This is a

3-month assignment

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm CST (must be available if emergent issues arise) The salary is determined by an individual's level of experience, as well as any relevant licenses and certifications they may hold.

Position Overview This position focuses on designing, developing, testing, and deploying highly scalable data integration and transformation solutions within Quest’s enterprise data platform. The role centers on building intelligent dashboards, automating workflows, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making. The ideal candidate is technically strong, autonomous, proactive, and passionate about innovation through data, automation, and AI. Key Responsibilities Dashboard & Reporting Development Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx). Ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of data visualizations. Create algorithms/processes to transform data into actionable insights. Automate recurring reporting to improve efficiency.

Operational Workflow Automation & Data Engineering Identify automation opportunities and streamline manual processes. Develop and optimize digital workflows (UiPath, Power Automate, Alteryx, Salesforce, CRM tools). Manage pipelines between systems (ERP, CRM, UiPath, reporting platforms). Ensure data governance and high-quality data across sources.

Data Analysis & AI Integration Use AI/ML techniques to detect patterns, trends, and anomalies. Provide data-driven recommendations for risks, opportunities, and improvements. Translate insights into actionable business strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Solutions, Billing, Finance, Commercial, etc.). Partner with engineers, architects, and AI/RPA teams.

Project Ownership & Delivery Take initiative: identify problems and propose solutions proactively. Work with strong autonomy and an ownership mindset. Manage projects end-to-end (scope → delivery → feedback). Adjust to changing priorities and deliver results quickly. Follow agile, iterative rollout for enhancements.

Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. Technical Experience (MUST HAVE) Strong experience gathering functional requirements and translating into technical solutions. 3–5 years

experience with automation tools: Power Automate, Alteryx, UiPath. 3–5 years

experience with cloud data warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse, etc. Strong proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for storytelling dashboards. Proficient in Python or R for data analysis and automation. Strong SQL, ETL, and data modeling experience integrating multiple sources (Smartsheets, Salesforce, databases, Excel, etc.).

Preferred Skills Experience with Git/SVN (version control). Understanding of Agile methodology.
