Overview The Head of IT drives business unit growth through partnership with the Indonesia management team, advising on technology capabilities and delivering solutions to the Business Units. Responsible for overall delivery of IT Services for the Indonesia and South East Asia Business Units. The IT Lead manages demand, focusing on service delivery, and builds new business capabilities that give the business unit and functional area a competitive advantage through technology.

Responsibilities

Provide the strategic and tactical direction to build an agreed IT Systems Roadmap that aligns between IT and business functions.

Develop and create the IT roadmap for business functional areas and facilitate alignment of functional strategic plans with the scope, roadmap, and priorities of Global IT.

Build relationships with key Kraft Heinz Business Unit management and process owners to understand needs, priorities and identify solutions; proactively seek and recommend best‑in‑class IT solutions for business problems.

Own the IT relationship with Key Users within the Regional Team.

Work with Global IT capability, platform, and architecture groups to ensure alignment with IT strategies and business priorities.

Plan demand and ensure projects are prioritized, scheduled, monitored and communicated effectively.

Manage strategic programs (e.g., Global Application System Implementation) to drive capabilities across countries, collaborating with regional experts and a matrixed global IT team.

Plan IT budgeting for the country.

Work with IT and business leadership to initiate projects, assign resources and ensure projects achieve business objectives.

Ensure effective post‑implementation systems support for new systems.

Collect, review and assess customer usage and feedback, incorporating learnings into future developments.

Generate capital appropriation requests and establish service contracts for capital projects in line with the investment roadmap.

Establish and monitor service level agreements that represent business needs, working with infrastructure, application architecture, and COE teams.

Manage, motivate, and direct an eager and capable team, making a positive impact on the Kraft Heinz business.

Qualifications

IT/Computer Science background with at least a bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree is an advantage.

8+ years relevant experience in IT, preferably in a multinational industry.

5+ years in a management role.

Experience managing multiple IT areas – planning and budgeting, systems development, technology infrastructure, and vendor management.

Experience in End‑User service delivery, change management, and user engagement.

Ability to transform transactional IT into a capability‑driven functional partner.

Business acumen with ability to operate at both strategic and operational level.

Up‑to‑date knowledge of local and global IT market, including latest technology trends and their application to business growth.

Experience in one or more technical domains (Software delivery, Infrastructure, Systems implementation, etc.).

Project Management Certification (PMP) and/or Service Management Certification (ITIL) – an advantage.

Proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.

Strong interpersonal skills; experience in a multicultural environment.

Experience managing multi‑country teams is beneficial.

Self‑starter, positive attitude, and drive for results.

Willingness to travel as required; mobility is an advantage.
