is looking for a curious, analytical, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a
Digital Marketing Staff . This role is designed for someone eager to learn on the job about the mechanics of performance marketing on various ad platforms.
Execute and optimize paid channels to drive new student acquisition across multiple channels, with a focus on Meta and TikTok.
Regularly analyze campaign results and make data-driven recommendations for optimizations.
Identify and resolve discrepancies in campaign performance, tracking, or delivery.
Work with senior team members to optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Statistics, or a related field.
Must have prior experience using Meta or TikTok Ads platforms — including (1) setting up ads and (2) exporting campaign data.
Previous internship or project-based experience in digital marketing with exposure to Meta and TikTok ad platforms.
Strong analytical skills and a basic understanding of metrics like CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail, as this role will manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and advertising platforms.
Proficiency in Excel (able to do pivot tables and VLOOKUP at minimum).
