FinXL is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading government client on a key transformation engagement. Due to the nature of the project,

applicants must hold an active Baseline Clearance.

Responsibilities

Managing service performance against defined service level agreements (SLAs).

Acting as a key point of contact for service escalations.

Overseeing incident, problem, and change management processes.

Conducting service reviews and providing regular performance reports to stakeholders.

Identifying and driving continuous improvement (CSI) initiatives.

Taking ownership of the operational performance of technology services.

Ensuring all IT services meet quality, performance, and availability expectations.

Key Skills & Experience

Applicants

must hold an active Baseline Clearance

Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager working in large, complex environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage complex service performance metrics.

Effectively handle escalations from business units.

Ability to report detailed performance data to senior stakeholders.

Strong understanding of ITIL principles (implied by responsibilities).
