Requirements For Success
Minimum 1 Year e-commerce customer service/support experience (via chat/email is highly preferred).
Strong persuasion skills and a verifiable track record of converting leads or recovering sales.
Experience using tools like Shopify or customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Reliable remote setup (i5+ computer, 15+ Mbps internet, professional workspace).
