Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE). • Customize entities, workflows, plugins, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 applications. • Maintain documentation for architecture, processes, and customizations.

Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 development. • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS. • Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Experience with RESTful APIs, WebAPI, and OData. • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
