Cultivate relationships withlocal community groups, businesses, and vendors to generate referrals andnew management leads, including housekeeping companies.

Develop a deep understanding ofpricing factors for accommodation properties, utilising BI tools tooptimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue.

Property/Owner Care:

Foster positive relationshipswith property owners, ensuring proactive and transparent communicationwith all stakeholders.

Oversee regular propertyinspections and maintenance activities to uphold quality standards andensure compliance with relevant legislation and management agreements.

Requirements

Qualifications /Licenses:

Current Driver's License.

Australian citizenship,residency, or appropriate work visa.

Experience:

Solid commercial acumen andproven track record in managing a sizable P&L.

Proven ability to drive revenuegrowth and expand property portfolios.
