Position: Front Office Manager
Responsibilities
Responsible for all front office functions and staff, including Bell Staff, Switchboard, and Guest Services/Front Desk.
Direct and work with managers and employees to successfully execute all front office operations.
Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality and standards meet customer expectations.
Ensure compliance with all Front Office policies, standards and procedures.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in guest services, front desk, or related professional area.
OR; 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or a related major; 2 years experience in guest services.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and manage employees and day-to-day operations.
Ability to manage department controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention.
Ability to handle guest problems and complaints effectively.
