Senior Visual Designer

We’re looking for a talented Lead Visual Designer to elevate digital experiences through exceptional design. You’ll lead the creation of design systems, craft beautiful interfaces, and deliver production-ready visuals that delight users and meet strategic goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Solve complex visual design challenges across platforms (iOS, Android, Web, Kiosk).
• Create and evolve design systems and component libraries.
• Communicate design concepts through mood boards, prototypes, and screen designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to align on goals and deliverables.
• Present and justify design decisions with clarity and confidence.
• Ensure designs are on-brand, user-focused, and visually compelling.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the growth of the visual design discipline.

What You Bring:

• Relevant experience in visual/digital product design with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Miro/Mural.
• Experience designing for multiple platforms and responsive interfaces.
• Strong storytelling and prototyping skills (low/high fidelity).
• Deep understanding of design systems and user-centered design.
• Collaborative mindset and proven ability to deliver on time.
• Passion for design trends and continuous improvement.

Bonus Skills:

• Motion design, illustration, AI integration, and data visualization.
• Coding knowledge and experience with coded prototypes.
