What You’ll Be Doing
As our remote Business Development Representative, you'll be the engine that drives our qualified deal flow for fast-moving, digital-first clients. You'll play a key role in lead generation and be responsible for bringing in real business from inbound conversations.
Own the Pipeline:
Engage with warm inbound leads and manage early-stage deal flow in collaboration with our closers.
Generate Business:
Drive both inbound and outbound prospecting and lead generation to build a high-quality B2B pipeline.
Keep Momentum:
Nurture deals and ensure consistent follow-ups to keep the sales process moving.
What We’re Looking For
We're looking for an ambitious professional with
at least 3-5 years of proven success
in a B2B sales environment. You'll need to be a
smart, fast learner
who can thrive in a high-autonomy, remote-first role.
Strong English Communication:
You must have
business-level English proficiency
(verbal and written) to confidently operate and thrive in conversations with AU/UK stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers.
Startup/Fast-Growth Experience:
You're comfortable navigating
fast-growth, high-change sales environments . Experience working in a
startup
or a similarly rapid scaling environment is a huge plus.
B2B Sales Experience:
You have a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with some full-cycle experience.
Industry Knowledge is Key:
Experience working within the
outsourcing, BPO, or CX-as-a-Service industry
is highly desirable. You understand how to sell services or solutions in a client-facing environment similar to Influx.
Tech Savvy:
Comfortable using
HubSpot
(or a similar CRM) to manage tasks and deal flow.
