Meta Ads Specialist

Role Description This is a full‑time remote role for a Facebook Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer service interactions, and driving sales through Facebook marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include creating and analysing advertisement campaigns, engaging with target audiences, optimizing content for better reach, and tracking performance metrics.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and experience in providing excellent customer service

Proficient in conducting market research and developing marketing strategies

Sales experience and ability to drive results through marketing campaigns

Knowledge of analytics tools and metrics tracking

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting

Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and other digital marketing tools is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
