About Lillio and Our Mission
At Lillio (formerly HiMama), we are committed to serving the field as an authentic voice of the early childhood education (ECE) workforce, providing programs with all of the building blocks for high-quality early care and education and helping early educators focus on what matters most for children’s successful development and learning: relationships, play, creativity, and loving, nurturing caregiving. We are a social-purpose business with the goal of empowering early childhood educators through innovative, affordable tools that enable them to improve child outcomes, engage family members, and support continued professional growth for their staff. If you are excited about being part of an impact-driven business, focused on making a difference in the early childhood education industry, Lillio is the place for you.
Lillio is a Series B, private‑equity backed business and we are proud to be part of the Bain Double Impact portfolio. We are recognized as an industry leader, most recently selected by Fortune in 2023 for their "Impact 20" list, which highlights organizations that have built their business models around world‑changing ideas to solve social and environmental problems. We provide a top‑rated all‑in‑one software solution that partners with early childcare programs across North America and globally. We help administrators effectively manage their programs, delight and engage families, develop educators’ knowledge and skills, and deliver high‑quality, research‑based teaching and caregiving experiences.
The Role
A motivated and adaptable Senior Product Manager is needed to take a senior role within our Product team. The ideal candidate will thrive in the dynamic environment of a scale‑up SaaS company and be a key driver of executing on our roadmap, specifically in the areas of payments, learning management system, and/or B2B2C products. They will work with a supportive Director of Product, mentor junior teammates, and bring a focus on detail and data‑backed decisions to their work.
The Product Team You’ll Be Joining
The Product team is a small, high‑performing agile team focused on stakeholder management across Engineering, Educational Content, and Design. They bring domain‑specific expertise across payments, childcare, and platform product areas while maintaining compliance with industry best practices.
Your Impact / Responsibilities
Deliver product solutions that fit our mission and business goals: identify business opportunities, frame and articulate user problems, own and align the 6‑12 month roadmap for your product stream.
Collaborate closely with designers and engineers to imagine the best solutions through research, discovery, ideation, and implementation.
Guide the delivery of these solutions by working with the product team and stakeholders across the organization; communicate value of decisions directly to Engineering.
Work within and facilitate our agile processes as part of a leadership triad: know when and how to bring designers, engineers, and other stakeholders together to create the best solutions.
Implement programs and tools to coordinate necessary steps and stakeholders across the business at all stages of the product life cycle.
Bring a robust set of tools and data practices for shaping product vision and defining business outcomes: articulate problem sets, facilitate solution discovery, prioritize features, validate assumptions, establish metrics and KPIs, and make informed decisions on how and when to move forward.
Be a Product Leader within the company: work as a highly collaborative and effective team player, facilitate successful go‑to‑market planning and execution, mentor other Product Managers, and coordinate feedback and communication processes with internal stakeholders.
Required Experience
6+ years of product management experience (in payments or education industries).
4+ years within Agile product development.
Experience developing go‑to‑market planning for new products or functionality.

Bonus: familiarity with Jira, Notebook LM, Pendo/UserPilot, Metabase/SQL.
