Job Description

We have been retained by one of our clients, a leading AI startup specializing in WhatsApp marketing solutions, is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team in Jakarta. This position plays a pivotal role in our expansion efforts, involving the identification of new business opportunities and the cultivation of strategic partnerships within the region.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.

Understand client needs and requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements, ensuring clients' needs and expectations are met.

Serve as the main point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the clients' needs, and work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met.

Prepare regular reports on account status and transaction success.

Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or other relevant sales/customer service role.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.

Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Good to have: Knowledge of CRM software (Hubspot)
