Imajin is an online manufacturing marketplace in Indonesia, offering a range of services from mold and die fabrication to parts production and CNC machine rental. We're seeking a driven Sales Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients and understand their manufacturing challenges and needs.

Design and present tailored technical solutions that address client pain points and contribute to increased operational efficiency.

Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical insights to showcase the benefits of our manufacturing solutions.

Serve as a technical advisor during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns.

Work closely with the technical experts to ensure smooth project implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in technical sales or sales engineering within the manufacturing sector.

Strong understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to non‑technical stakeholders.
