About snapland
snapland is a Real Estate Intelligence Platform for project deals (residential, industrial, commercial, etc.).
In real estate today, data is scattered - planning, cadastre, legal, market. We organize and connect all of it into one source of intelligence at the property level.
On top of that, companies can add their own internal data - reports, spreadsheets, CRMs - which is usually unstructured, and turn it into a single real estate intelligence brain for the organization.
On this AI Brain, we deliver tools and agents that help teams:
Source opportunities
Evaluate deals
Optimize portfolios
And ultimately increase ROI with far less manual work.
We already work with some of the biggest real estate companies in Spain, and we’re scaling fast. We’re now expanding our team in Spain and looking for the right person to join us.
