The Opportunities

Tier 3 builders seeking SM’s to run projects in Melbourne’s SE

$5m sporting pavilion in Wheelers Hill OR $8m industrial units in Mornington

Your Responsibilities

Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries

Liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on schedule

Develop and maintain great rapport with site teams and stake holders

Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program

Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site

Experience/Qualifications:

A stable track record of employment with a trade grounding in carpentry and experience on commercial projects or high end residential with commercial building elements

An ability to programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively

Exposure in utilising site safety software such as Hammertech, Procore would be benefical

A natural ability to drive the project forward all the while maintaining and developing relationships with subcontractors, consultants and clients alike.

Strong communication and organisational skills essential – there is a high degree of client interaction.
