At ECH, we’re proud of what we do, how we work together and the impact that we have on people’s lives. We believe that our people drive our success and how we work together is as important as what we deliver. We are integrating work and life and embrace technology and new ways of working to support a new level of flexibility for our people.
We’re always in search of new ways to improve the lives of older South Australians. To achieve this, we grow our people. Everyone has the opportunity to grow, develop and build their career with ECH and to take part in continuous learning, because we know it makes us better. Your comprehensive care approach will develop to include thorough evaluations, preventative education, therapeutic interventions, and practical guidance on footwear and lifestyle modifications, all delivered in close partnership with clients and their support systems as you grow your confidence and clinical expertise.
About You
The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career podiatrist who is passionate about delivering high-quality podiatric care to seniors and eager to develop expertise in promoting their mobility and wellbeing through structured learning and mentorship.
You will demonstrate foundational understanding of foot conditions and show enthusiasm for developing tailored care plans that address the complex physical, emotional, and cultural needs of older adults, including those experiencing cognitive decline, with the support of experienced team members.
As an emerging clinician, you will combine your clinical training with exceptional people skills and genuine compassion, ready to build strong relationships with patients, their families, and healthcare colleagues while delivering empathetic, person-centred care in a supportive learning environment.

Enthusiasm for working with older adults and commitment to professional development
