Strategy Analyst

to join our growing team. This role offers a rare opportunity to work

directly with our Ex-McKinsey Chief Strategy Officer , giving you high-level exposure across the company and the chance to collaborate closely with

C-suite executives

on strategic initiatives.

You will help shape the group’s expansion strategy, develop new business opportunities, conduct deep market and financial analysis, and support major projects across our hospitality, leisure, and wellness portfolio. The role includes

periodic travel across Indonesia and Southeast Asia

for on-ground assessments and project development.

What you will do:

Work hand-in-hand with the CSO and Project Managing Director on key strategic initiatives and regional expansion plans

Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and financial modelling

Prepare investment proposals and pitch decks, board-level presentations, and strategic reports

Support due diligence, partner evaluations, and project development

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Development, and Design

What we are looking for:

An undergraduate degree holder with 1-2 years of experience in strategy or business analysis (consulting experience is a strong plus)

Proficient in English, both written and spoken

Skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (Alteryx is a strong plus)

Analytical, structured, proactive, and detail-oriented

Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Willing to travel across Indonesia and Southeast Asia when required

Passionate about hospitality, real estate, wellness, or lifestyle sectors

Location: Jakarta (Hybrid) - Full Time
