Communicate effectively with Mandarin‑speaking guests to address their needs and inquiries.

Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction and build a positive brand reputation.

Assist with guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally and efficiently.

Qualifications

Indonesian Citizen only.

Relevant educational background.

Minimum of 2 years experience at the same position in a luxury resort.

Excellent customer service skills that differentiate the guest experience beyond extraordinary.

Must be Bali‑based.
