About the Role As a Store Manager you’ll play a leading role to ensure every customer leaves with an outstanding experience.

Lead & inspire a team of 30+ in a dynamic big‑box retail environment.

Drive performance with P&L management, KPI achievement, and trend forecasting.

Manage operations – oversee stock management and maintain high operational efficiency.

Elevate standards – implement exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.

Focus on customers – prioritize delivering outstanding experiences.

Build teams – mentor and develop talent pipelines for long‑term success.

Achieve goals – set and smash ambitious targets while having fun along the way.

What We Are Looking For

Store leadership experience in a large‑format retailer.

Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.

Strong financial acumen – P&L analysis and forecasting.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Experience managing high stock volumes.

Passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus).

First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.

Full‑time availability, including weekends.

Full working rights in Australia.
