Job Description

* **Business Development-** Create and implement a regional business development plan to promote and source new business, while raising awareness of CIBC Trust products and Private Wealth services. Assess new business opportunities, identify potential risks, and provide mitigation strategies where required.

Pro-actively refer clients and beneficiaries to CIBC partners to provide wealth services and solutions.* **Relationship Building**- Pro-actively build partnerships with CIBC Private Wealth, Wood Gundy and Imperial Service advisors, local centres of influence, lawyers and accountants to deliver estate planning services and solutions to HNW clients with in your assigned* **Provide Solutions-** Deliver trust & estate services within your assigned region.

Provide trust education sessions to internal partners and participate in client seminars.

Keep abreast of trust & estate legislative changes, jurisprudence, and shifting industry trends in order to effectively provide the best solutions to our clients.* **You’re a certified professional.**

You have a post-secondary degree; a relevant professional accreditations such as the Member, Trust Institute (MTI), and/or Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP). Allied Professional qualification (LL.B., C.A., CGA, CFP, PFPC,) is an asset.* **You're passionate about people.** You find meaning in relationships and surround yourself with a diverse network of partners.
