Position Summary An operational supervisor with mastery of the production and warehouse processes, responsible for production, packaging, and warehouse operations. Experience in exporting and importing is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Experience with i-Scala, SAP (if applicable)

Understanding of lean manufacturing principles or similar methodologies

Knowledge of quality control procedures

Experience with budgeting and forecasting (preferred)

Experience with packaging machinery (e.g., shrink wrappers, label applicators, case sealers)

Understanding of packaging materials and their selection

Inventory management of packaging supplies (preferred)

Soft Skills

Excellent leadership and motivational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Time management and ability to work independently

Organizational skills for planning and delegation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of Company Policies and Safety regulations

Process analysis skills

Ability to read mechanical drawings

Knowledge of Lean concepts

Understanding of material, labor, and machine utilization

Project management experience (preferred)

Experience with software like Statistic, plant layout (optional)

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in operations

Proven track record of achieving operational goals

Fluency in English (oral and written)

Experience in achieving packaging department goals efficiently and meeting quality standards
