This is a standout opportunity for an accomplished Head Pastry Chef to take a key leadership role within a highly creative, standards-driven pastry kitchen. Working alongside the Executive Head Pastry Chef, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, develop the team, and ensure every element of the pastry offering is executed to the highest level.
From refined afternoon tea and elegant plated desserts in the fine dining restaurant, to striking seasonal centrepieces and bespoke banqueting menus, this role calls for a balance of classic technique, innovation and meticulous attention to detail. With much of the produce sourced directly from the estate’s Walled Garden, a genuine love of seasonal, ingredient-led pastry is essential.
