Account Manager – Insurance Recruitment (London)
Following a record year of growth across Albion Blake, we’re looking for a confident and commercially minded Account Manager to join our high-performing insurance recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing relationships with an established client base of 15 insurance firms, while continuing to deliver exceptional talent solutions across Broking, Underwriting and Claims.

The Role
This is a client-led recruitment role with a balance of account management and business development. You’ll be responsible for nurturing existing partnerships, expanding accounts, and ensuring exceptional delivery across live vacancies. With an established client base of multiple insurance firms, you’ll have the platform to build upon strong existing relationships while developing new business opportunities within Broking, Underwriting and Claims. Working alongside our directors and senior consultants, you’ll have the autonomy and support to develop your own market and deliver exceptional results.
