Quantity Surveyor

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveyor to join our talented team at Daniel Charles Construction Ltd.

We deliver high-quality Civil Engineering and Building projects across Lincolnshire and the surrounding areas, undertaking a wide range of interesting and diverse projects.

As a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the financial and contractual success of our projects and supporting the continued growth of our business.

Responsibilities include

• Surveying of civil engineering and building projects
• Production and management of accurate monthly valuations
• Reporting monthly profit and loss figures with a full understanding of the scope of the project
• Procurement and management of sub-contractors, including measurement and valuation
• Collaborating closely with clients, commercial and contract delivery teams

The candidate should be able to demonstrate the following

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Methodical style of working
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• A collaborative team ethic
• Experience of Conquest Software (advantageous, but training provided)
