Senior/Principal Employment Lawyer

We are working with a market-leading law firm based in London for a Senior/Principal Lawyer to join their Employment team.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a market-leading employment team, advising clients on a broad range of matters, including complex disputes, sensitive investigations, global projects, and advisory work. The lawyer will manage cases from initial instruction through to resolution.

The successful candidate will also draft and review key employment documents and support clients on compliance. Clients include leading financial institutions, media organisations, and multinational corporates.

Essential Criteria:

• 7+ years’ PQE;
• Strong employment law background;
• Proactive attitude;
• Commercial awareness;
• Technically excellent;
• Strong communication and client management skills;
• Team-oriented.
