Project Manager – ClimateTech Scale-Up | Remote First

We’re working with a rapidly scaling ClimateTech company building the tools pushing decarbonisation forward. They’re looking for a Project Manager who can bring structure, rhythm, and momentum to high-performing software engineering teams.

You’ll be the person who keeps delivery smooth, communication sharp, and teams fully aligned. From shaping delivery plans to unblocking engineers and running daily scrums, you’ll make sure everyone knows what matters and what’s coming next.

What you’ll be driving:

• End-to-end delivery across multiple software projects
• Running daily scrums and keeping sprint cadence tight
• Planning, sprint management, and continuous improvement
• Cross-team alignment across engineering, product, and leadership
• Risk management, reporting, and maintaining delivery momentum
• Championing quality and scalable process across teams
