Job Description: - SAP SuccessFactors - Succession and Development
Required Skills:
- Should have SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management certification with certification in Succession Planning and/or Career Development.
- Relevant Experience: 6 to 10 years
- Minimum 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementation experience
- Good understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organization
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in integration of PMGM module with Employee Central, Succession and Career development
- Strong interpersonal communication, customer facing, and team player skills
Role & Responsibilities:
- Designing, implementing and supporting complex business process in an SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Conduct discovery meeting with customer by identifying the customer's current process and future state requirements.
- Configure application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on customer processes
- Manage the relationship with the customer throughout the project.
- Continually reporting on project progress and potential risk to stakeholders
- Continuously upgrade self and customers with the bi-annual upgrades in SuccessFactors.
