Senior Pro*C Developer

We are looking for a

Senior WMS Developer

with 7+ years of experience to help enhance, optimize, and modernize our core Warehouse Management System (WMS) platforms. The role involves deep hands-on development in

C / Pro*C , high-performance OLTP systems, and integrations with warehouse automation technologies.

Key Responsibilities Core Development Design, develop, and maintain core WMS modules using

C ,

Pro*C , and the

Catalyst

framework Implement key warehouse workflows: allocation, picking, putaway, inventory management Optimize Oracle SQL & Pro*C database interactions for high-performance transactions Write clean, modular, well-documented code and participate in code reviews

Integration & Collaboration Integrate WMS with automation systems (Exotec, Bastian AutoStore, etc.) Work with Python/Django teams for

C–Python integrations Collaborate with DB teams to fine-tune Pro*C SQL performance Work closely with operations to align business and technical requirements

Technical Leadership Mentor junior developers in C and WMS development Lead technical design/architecture discussions Contribute to modernization and refactoring initiatives Document best practices, design patterns, and architectural principles

✅ Required Qualifications Technical Skills 7+ years

of experience in

C

or

Oracle Pro*C

(memory management, Unix/Linux, performance tuning) Strong expertise in

SQL / PL/SQL

and Oracle database optimization Experience working with high-volume

OLTP

systems

Domain Expertise 3+ years

of hands-on experience in WMS (Catalyst, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, HighJump, SAP EWM, etc.) Good understanding of warehouse operations, automation, RF systems Knowledge of supply chain and logistics fundamentals

Professional Experience 7–10 years

total software development experience Proven experience delivering stable, enterprise-grade systems in production
