ob Description: Generative AI / AI & ML Engineer

Location: Chennai / Bangalore

Experience: 3+ Years (Minimum 2 years in AI/ML)

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, fine-tune, and optimize generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, transformers, etc.). - Build AI-powered applications, agents, and automation workflows. - Create and maintain prompt engineering strategies for reliability, accuracy, and safety. - Integrate GenAI models into production systems via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure, AWS, etc.). - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and develop prototypes/MVPs. - Evaluate model performance, conduct A/B tests, and implement improvements. - Ensure compliance with AI ethics, data privacy, and security guidelines. - Write documentation, technical specs, and deployment guides. - Stay updated on the latest AI research, tools, and best practices
