Travel Consultant – B2B (Bali)

Key Responsibilities

Handle B2B travel agent queries related to Bali (FITs, GITs). Create customized and cost-effective itineraries & quotations with competitive pricing. Coordinate with local DMCs, hotels, transport providers, and activity partners in Bali. Maintain strong relationships with travel agents and ensure repeat business. Stay updated on Bali hotels, sightseeing, visa regulations, and latest travel trends. Ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings and provide 24x7 support for agents when required. Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of B2B travel consulting experience, with a focus on Bali/Indonesia. Strong knowledge of Bali destinations, hotels, transfers, excursions, nightlife & culture. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in preparing quotations, costing, and itinerary designing. Good relationships with DMCs and suppliers in Bali will be an added advantage. Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and work in a sales-driven environment.
