Project Manager – IMS/Core Networks (Customer-Facing, Tier 1 Telecoms) Location: Customer project is in India (Remote based, with occasional travel) Contract Duration: to December 2026 (extendable)

FPG are looking to engage an experienced Customer project manager with experience of Cloud Core network projects (IMS, Voice, VoLTE core nodes, SDM, HSS, HLR, SBC, x-CSCF, TAS, BGCF, MGCF, MGW, MSC, MGCF, SDM).

This will be a contract position with project to the end of 2026, fully remote based.

The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to support a Tier 1 telecom operator in Europe. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of Core Network (IMS) projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Core Network projects, ensuring seamless delivery and execution. Act as the primary customer interface, managing expectations and project timelines. Drive engagement with technical and business stakeholders. Project finance/financial acumen, experience, management Oversee project milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure Core solutions meet customer requirements.

Key Skills & Experience: Proven experience in Project Management within the telecoms industry. Strong background in Core Networks, with expertise in Cloud deployments. Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills. Project finance/financial acumen, experience, management Experience working with Tier 1 telecom operators. Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
