Job Opportunity: Associate/Director (8 PQE+) - Construction & Projects (Contentious)
Location: Glasgow
Overview:
A unique opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Director (8+ years' PQE) to join a leading Construction & Projects (contentious) team in Glasgow. You'll handle complex, high-value disputes across major construction, infrastructure, and energy projects, advising clients including employers, developers, contractors and consultants.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
\n- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' PQE with extensive experience in contentious construction matters
\n
\n- Track record advising on dispute strategy, risk management and resolution via Court, Arbitration, Adjudication, or ADR
\n
\n- Experience managing complex, multi-party disputes on high-profile projects
\n
Skills:
\n- Pragmatic and results-focused, able to manage pressure and tight deadlines
\n
\n- Excellent analytical skills and commercial judgment
\n
\n- Confident communicator, able to lead client relationships and mentor colleagues
\n
\n- Collaborative, proactive and committed to delivering high-quality service
\n
\n- Enthusiasm for contributing to the growth and success of a busy, high-performing team
\n
