Talent Acquisition Specialist

Your role will include:

Partnering with hiring managers and HR teams to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

Applying creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent

Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline through market research, networking, and relationship building

Coordinating with recruitment agencies and search firms when needed

Representing the company professionally to candidates and external partners

Supporting managers with job descriptions, candidate assessment, and offer negotiations

Conducting regular updates with hiring managers on progress and staffing priorities

Staying informed on market trends and providing talent landscape insights ✅

What you’ll need:

Advanced English (B2+) — written & spoken

Proven experience 2-3 years in recruitment (in-house or agency)

⚡ Experience with high-volume hiring or fast-paced environments

Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills

Proficiency in internet-based research & professional networking platforms

Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) — specific platform knowledge is a plus
