Job Title: Technical Customer Support (service engineer)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with products/services

- Provide product information and demonstrate features

- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support teams

- Document customer interactions and solutions in CRM

- Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of technical customer support experience

- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., mechanical , electrical,IT)

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn

- Customer-centric approach with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
