Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to handle end-to-end sales. The candidate will be responsible for engaging with pre-generated leads, understanding their needs, and converting them into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with prospective clients to promote the agency’s performance marketing services (e.g., Paid Ads and Digital Marketing).
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and marketing goals, and effectively communicate how the agency’s solutions can add value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through timely follow-ups and consistent engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client on-boarding and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take ownership of leads, handle cold calls, and close deals.
- Comfortable working under pressure and achieving targets.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment.
Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, D2C, or B2B.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or any field, with a keen interest in Sales
- A proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn about digital marketing and sales.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts such as PPC, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp Retention Marketing.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in handling client interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple prospect conversations and follow-ups effectively.
- A results-oriented mindset with ownership and accountability for performance.
