Job Description

We are seeking a skilled

Webflow Developer

to build, maintain, and optimize high-quality web experiences. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with a refined sense of design, ensuring visually compelling, high-performing, and scalable Webflow websites.

Key Responsibilities Develop responsive, scalable, and visually polished website using Webflow, including interactions, animations, and CMS collections. Collaborate with Designers, marketers, and product teams to transform Figma / Sketch / Adobe XD designs into fully functional webflow builds Optimize site performance, SEO readiness, and accessibility across all pages. Maintain, update, and improve existing Webflow sites, including CMS structures and dynamic content. Integrate third-party tools (HubSpot, Zapier, Memberstack, analytics platforms, etc.) as needed. Implement best practices for page structure, reusable components, and clean class naming (ideally using systems like Client-First/BEM). Conduct quality assurance testing across browsers and devices. Create documentation for workflows, components, and Webflow CMS setup. Collaborate with stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth launch cycles.

Qualifications Proven portfolio of Webflow projects (please include the links) Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and webflow interactions/animations. Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, accessibility guidelines, and performance optimization. Experience working with webflow CMS, collections, and dynamic content. Ability to translate designs accurately and maintain design fidelity. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Experience with JavaScript for custom code enhancements Experience integrating APIs or third-party services.
