ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for an experienced and innovative individual to join our Womenswear team as Head of Buying. This role forms part of the Womenswear leadership team across Apparel and Accessories, and is instrument in enabling the Cotton On Womenswear’s vision. In the role you will be part of setting product and brand strategy that’s right for our customer, then building this within your categories to deliver growth across all channels. You will champion leadership, inspire creativity, provide unwavering support, and foster the professional development of your team members throughout the entire People Lifecycle, fostering a culture of growth and succession. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Extensive experience and proven success in a similar ‘Head of’ Buying role; developing and leading global product strategies that deliver commercial outcomes
The ability to engage and influence senior business leaders and key stakeholders
Proven high level of commercial negotiation skills
Demonstrate a growth mindset and proven collaborative style of Leadership.
Proven communication skills with the ability to drive and influence cultural change through best practice and delivering results
Demonstrable analytical problem solving and research skills, to identify and implement creative, innovative and flexible solutions
Demonstrated high level organisation, project management and planning skills
Established leadership skills to develop and support the team to delivery brand strategy outcomes
Strong budgeting and forecasting skills
