What you'll do
Develop and execute a comprehensive systems transformation strategy for TCS, aligned with TELUS's North Star vision, encompassing unified product archetypes, E2E customer experience, and omnichannel capabilities
Lead the strategic planning and execution of value chain initiatives within the consumer segment, focusing on key processes such as Lead to Cash and LBGUPS, ensuring clear outcomes and measurable results
Navigate and optimize the interplay between Product, Sales, and Support functions in TCS, balancing channel requirements and digital versus assisted customer journeys
Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for requirements intake, assessment, and prioritization within TCS, ensuring alignment with P&L objectives and capital business cases
Drive the successful GTM of system product launches for consumer solutions through effective resource allocation and cross-functional collaboration
Develop and monitor balanced KPIs that address both short-term objectives and long-term strategic goals for TCS
Foster improved alignment, trust-building, and transparent communication across all TCS stakeholder groups
Lead the development of a clear bundling vision across product archetypes in the consumer space
Manage smart channel investments, balancing between traditional and new channels to optimize the consumer experience
What you bring
15+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading large-scale systems transformation initiatives, preferably in consumer-facing industries
Extensive experience in strategic planning and execution, particularly in telecommunications or similar complex technical environments with a focus on consumer solutions
Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and drive change across diverse organizational functions
Strong background in product development, systems architecture, and customer experience design, with a deep understanding of consumer needs and behaviors
Proven track record of successful business case development in consumer-oriented businesses
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
Strategic Thinking: Ability to balance short-term activities with long-term strategic goals in the consumer space
Change Management: Experience in leading organizational transformation and cultural change
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to navigate complex relationships and build trust across functions, particularly in consumer-facing operations
Decision Making: Strong analytical skills and experience in prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced consumer environment
Communication: Excellence in articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including consumers and internal stakeholders
