Chery Indonesia is the local subsidiary of Chery Automobile Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese automotive company specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of passenger vehicles. This opportunity is for one of our newest and most exciting sub-brands, born from leap and passion.
Responsibilities
Oversee post-sales technical service activities to ensure all technical standards are well delivered.
Act as a bridge between Aftersales, Factory, and Engineering teams to find solutions, drive product improvements, and create technical bulletins when needed.
Collaborate with service partners and dealers on technical matters, including specifications, spare parts, warranty, and performance parameters.
Lead and manage the 24/7 technical helpline team to deliver quick and accurate support for field issues.
Manage personnel for dealer and customer visits to ensure fast troubleshooting and consistent service quality across Indonesia.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Technical Support Supervisor in the automotive or related industry.
Strong understanding of ICE and EV vehicle technology and troubleshooting.
Fluent in Indonesian and English; Mandarin is a strong advantage.
Proven track record in solving technical issues with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Excellent communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
