Role Overview
We are looking for a
Senior Project Manager
to partner with our CTO to define what we build and why.
We are a startup. We do not need someone to micromanage backlog tickets, we have AI solutions for day-to-day administration. We need a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, validate hypotheses with rigorous experimentation, and guide the team toward Product-Market Fit. You will be the bridge between business goals, technical execution, and user needs.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap & Vision: Own the product vision. You will translate business objectives into a strategic roadmap that identifies market opportunities and defines a differentiated value proposition.
Experimentation & Validation: Move us from "guessing" to "knowing." Design and execute MVPs, A/B tests, and validation experiments to de-risk development and accelerate Product-Market Fit.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with the CTO to define KPIs and success metrics. You will not just track data; you will interpret it to inform pivots, prioritization, and feature definitions.
High-Level Agile Leadership: Provide strategic input during agile ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to guide the team’s direction.
Note: While you oversee backlog priorities, day-to-day ticket management can be delegated to our internal AI agents. Your focus is strategy, not administration.
Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between the technical team, business stakeholders, customers, and founders. You must be able to say "no" to low-impact work to protect the team’s focus on high-value initiatives.
Customer Empathy: deeply understand the pain points of both drivers (B2C) and companies (B2B) to build features that solve real compliance and safety problems.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
Proven Strategic Leadership: You have a track record of defining product strategy and roadmaps from scratch, not just executing on a pre-defined list.
Mastery of the "Build-Measure-Learn" Loop: You have experience launching MVPs and iterating based on feedback. You understand that a "failed" experiment is only a failure if we learn nothing from it.
Analytical Rigor: Strong ability to define KPIs and interpret complex metrics. You make decisions based on data, not gut feeling.
Startup Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity. You are comfortable with resource constraints and rapid iteration. You understand that in a startup, speed and learning are our currency.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills. You can explain technical constraints to business leaders and business value to engineers.
Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must be able to have high-bandwidth conversations with the CTO and development team about feasibility and technical trade-offs.
Bonus Points (Nice-to-Haves)
Experience in Logistics, Transportation, or Mobility sectors.
Experience managing Two-Sided Marketplaces (Supply/Demand dynamics).
Background in EdTech, Compliance, or Safety training products.
Experience working with AI tools or LLMs for workflow automation.
