TSR Legal are proud to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join their established Residential Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a property professional looking to join a friendly, supportive, and well-connected firm with offices throughout Swansea, Cardiff, Carmarthenshire and Rhondda Cynon Taff. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing a diverse caseload of residential property matters, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload of residential sale, purchase, transfer of equity, and remortgage matters.
• Handle new build and leasehold transactions (experience preferred).
• Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other conveyancing professionals.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve and exceed team and firm-wide targets.
• Contribute to the teams marketing and business development activities when required.

About You

• At least 2 years experience managing residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client service and maintaining professional standards.
• Ambition to continue developing within a supportive, forward-thinking environment.
