We are looking for a

Sales Area Manager

to strengthen our International Sales Department and work closely with the rest of the team.

Key Responsibilities Manage and develop the distributor network in the assigned regions (Europe, Africa & Middle East depending on profile). Prospect new distributors. Identify new business opportunities and create market growth plans with each distributor. Support and oversee commercial activities: business visits, technical and sales training, end-customer visits. Attend international trade shows, industry events and commercial trips. Analyze market performance and propose actions to increase sales and positioning. Collaborate closely with internal team and other company departments to provide full support to distributors.

Minimum requirements: 1.- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales. 2.- Language: English– High (C1-C2), negotiation level, (other European language is appreciated). 3.- Experience selling in international environment with distributors. 4.- Willingness to travel 30-40%. 5.- Place of residence: Maresme or other but close to Vilassar de Mar. 6.- Strong communication, planning and business development skills. 7.- Results-oriented, autonomous, proactive and growth-drive profile.
