Job Description

The Finance Staff will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting in budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the Horeca industry. Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies. Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes. Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations. Assist with tax reporting, audits, and compliance with financial regulations. Monitor financial discrepancies and suggest corrective actions. Support management with financial analysis and data interpretation. Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in the Horeca industry. Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
