You'll innovate, drive, and deliver hiring solutions effectively and efficiently, seeking out opportunities and improvements across the recruitment lifecycle. Developing and refining interview processes that enhance our assessment quality and optimise candidate experience Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a solid understanding of the talent pool Facilitating a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs 2+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience) ~ Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and hiring managers ~ Business acumen with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new domains, supporting cross-functional recruitment efforts ~ Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools ~ Fluency in English
