\nAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a well-established and reputable London law firm. This role offers the perfect blend of high-quality work and complete flexibility, as it is fully remote.
\nThe Role: As a key member of the litigation team, you will handle a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, including:

• Contractual disputes
\n\t
• Debt recovery and enforcement
\n\t
• Professional negligence claims
\n\t
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
\n\t
• Property-related litigation (desirable but not essential)
\n

You will have the autonomy to manage your own files while working closely with senior colleagues on complex matters.
\nRequirements:  Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial and/or civil litigation
\nAbility to manage a caseload independently with strong technical ability
\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills
\nCommercial awareness and a client-focused approach
\n Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
